We understand how important the permitting process is during start-up, relocation and expansion. We offer the benefit of the City’s One-Stop Permit Center for concurrent review and processing, courtesy preliminary plan checking meetings, and next-day building and safety inspections to help you move expeditiously through the process.

The IBC Vision Plan Traffic Study Update proposes improvements for all intersections (and one impacted arterial segment) within the study area that are identified as impacts as well as all forecast cumulative deficiencies.

City of Irvine Planning Department
City of Irvine permit applications may be submitted at the Permit Processing counter located in the City Hall. The counter is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. Appointments can be made with our permit Counter Staff to discuss: Project Submittal Requirements, Plan Check or Permit Fees & Permit Issuance Requirements.
