Throughout his tenure he has been dedicated to creating prosperity and improving the quality of life in rural America. Hinds’ responsibility was to oversee the delivery of over forty programs ranging from small business, community facilities, single and multi-family housing and energy, loans and grants, to address the needs and challenges and bring economic development to rural communities.
