Workforce development takes center stage as we leverage our strong educational elements with our corporate partners to sustain the quality of the workforce into the 21st century. We need your advice and support to grow our influence and capacity.  Join us and plug into a few of the important projects we are working on:

  • Career Edge – improving the “soft skills” of students so they meet the expectations of our companies – check out our recent workshop response and our plans to scale the programs into other college campuses, new employees.
  • Job Shadowing – the list of companies coming aboard to help students explore 21st century jobs is growing.
  • High School and Middle School programs gain traction at IUSD – a report from IUSD will help us take the Ethics Program and the Financial Forum into the more classrooms.
