Our instructor, Dr. Brian Dozer, is the President of Vital Link, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to preparing students for their future careers through experiential learning opportunities in career and technical fields. He also serves as adjunct faculty teaching Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership courses at Webster University Irvine, where he previously was Executive Director. He is Co-Chair of the Irvine Chamber's Business & Workforce Development Committee, and is on the Board of Directors of the Irvine Forward Foundation. Prior to transitioning into the education sector, he spent 20 years in advertising and marketing with various media organizations. He holds a Doctor of Management degree from Webster University and earned an MBA from Pepperdine University
